TAX RETURN PREPARATION
We provide comprehensive tax planning and the preparation of tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, S corporations, trusts and non-profit organizations. We also prepare sales and use tax returns for retail clients. Jerrett Richter, CPA is committed to providing the highest level of tax consulting to all of our clients. If at any time during the course of the year you have tax related questions or concerns, please call us. We are more than happy to assist you. PAYROLL PROCESSING
Hiring us to do your payroll processing is a cost-effective way to eliminate the stressful task of payroll processing in your office. We print payroll checks or direct deposit funds, provide payroll reports and analyses, and prepare all quarterly and annual payroll reports including Form 941, Form 940, state unemployment, state withholding and year end W-2s and Form 1099s for Contract Laborers.
MONTHLY & QUARTERLY BOOKKEEPING
Jerrett Richter, CPA offers monthly and quarterly bookkeeping on either the QuickBooks or Peachtree accounting software. If at any time you feel your business is not performing at its potential or you have questions about the financial state of your business, we are always available to discuss your concerns. FORMATION OF BUSINESS ENTITY & NEW BUSINESS APPLICATION
When starting a business, choosing the correct business entity can be essential to your long-term success. At Jerrett Richter, CPA, we take every aspect of your business plan into consideration when determining the most efficient, stable, and cost-effective way for the operation and taxation of your business.
We will help you understand the terms sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation, S corporation and Limited Liability Company, and help you determine which suits your needs. After establishing the most favorable entity for your business we will prepare and file the necessary documents with state and federal governmental agencies. In doing this we will obtain a federal identification number, all licenses and permits, state and parish sales tax accounts, state withholding tax account and a state unemployment account.
